We stayed for two nights and wanted a reasonable price in a good location. This motel fit our needs and was very clean and well maintained (which we really like). The location is good. We were told Fisherman's Wharf was a 20 minute walk but it's actually a bit more like 30 minutes unless you walk it very fast. It was a nice walk past a park with a lake and ducks but after eating dinner on the wharf we wished we had driven and paid for the parking because the walk back seemed longer on full tummies (but was probably good for us ;) Cannery Row and the Aquarium are definitely driving distance. The room was nicely decorated, well maintained and very clean. There was a microwave, small bar refrigerator, coffee maker, flat panel TV and a wall safe that would hold a laptop and other small items in the back wall of the closet (which we didn't notice until we were leaving). The bed was comfortable. Overall a very nice room for the price. The continental breakfast in the lobby had apples, oranges, small pasties and muffins (cut in half?), cereal with milk and coffee. Nothing special but at least there was something available. Overall a nice place at a very fair price.
