"Excellent budget hotel in Monterey"

"We enjoyed our two night stay at Stagecoach Lodge. Both the room and bathroom were very clean and the hotel staff was friendly. The WiFi works very well too. It's a 20 minute stroll to the wharf and another 10-15 minutes to Cannery Row. Unfortunately, breakfast is served fairly late and the selection is limited. For the price, this is a great place to stay in Monterey. We would definitely stay here again."

"Easily found fom PCH and the rooms are clean modern with all amenities you would expect.Proprietor is knowledgeable about the locality and approachable, a big plus. Size of the premises means he can give you personal attention/assistance if you need it. A hassle free stay and money well spent."
